My sweetheart is now in Tokyo, because that's where the Narita airport is.
And by tomorrow he'll be at the Vancouver airport.
And so will I. In my little navy blue dress, with my tooled leather Aztec bag, and a picnic for the ferry ride consisting of hard-boiled eggs, yam tarts, strawberry apple crisp, and tea.
And all of these things, as it would go without saying, please me very greatly.
Though it would also please me greatly if Xavier and Lucie were here. Or Xavier or Lucie. Though I would hesitate to have to choose between the two because they've each made very eloquent descriptions of the look written all over my face at times such as now.
And also because I very much miss them both.
